Singular Focus on Middle Market Companies

We generally define our target Middle Market companies as enterprises in the following size range:

Between $5 million and $250 million in revenue, or; between negative to $20 million in earnings before interest, income taxes, depreciation and amortization (EBITDA)

Middle Market companies tend to be managed by a few experienced operators and are typically controlled by families, a close partnership of shareholders, a sole-proprietor or an investment entity.

We focus on Middle Market companies because we feel we can effectively leverage our experience and perspective into meaningful results in a cost effective manner.

Our Partners have extensive operating and financial experience. Our practice emphasis is hands-on involvement utilizing the strengths of the Company owners management team and staff to be as efficient and cost effective as possible.

We add value to businesses through a variety of ways:

  1. Identify the opportunities to increase shareholder value.
  2. Develop and implement plan to mitigate emerging risks.
  3. Position the business to capitalize on new opportunities.
  4. Assist the business in raising new capital or debt financing, if needed.
