We assessed the situation and provided an action plan to address the company’s issues including profitability and cash flow requirements. Our initial assessment led to an engagement to provide advisory services.

We advised the Company on the development and implementation of an action plan to improve profitability and cash flow. As part of the implementation we temporarily performed key management roles in the company including the Chief Financial Officer during the implementation period so that the creditors and the bank would support the plan.

We worked closely with the company and creditors to improve profitably significantly over an 18 month period and ultimately sold the company to a strategic buyer and repaid all bank and creditor debt.
