Our assessment identified potential value added opportunities which were presented to company ownership. Our initial assessment led to an engagement to provide advisory services.

We worked closely with company management to develop an action plan to stabilize the company and improve operating results which was then implemented over a twelve month period with the desired results. We also assisted in the design and implementation of a plan to sell the Company as an exit strategy for the owner that included identifying potential purchasers, maximizing the sales price and initiating and completing the sale of the Company.
